摘要
目的探讨胎头位置异常采取产程观察及护理的临床效果。方法收集2018年2月至2019年2月本院收诊的58例胎头位置异常患者开展研究,按照护理方案划分成对照组(n=23)和试验组(n=35),给予对照组常规分娩干预,予以试验组产程观察及优质护理,统计分析两组的分娩方式和产程时间以及产后母婴状况。结果试验组头位难产人数、剖过产人数少于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,阴道分娩人数多于对照组,P<0.05;试验组产后母婴状况好于对照组,P<0.05。结论胎头位置异常患者采取产程观察及护理效果显著,不仅减少产程时间,且大幅度降低了头位难产率与剖宫产率,改善母婴结局,保证母体和胎儿健康。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of labor observation and nursing care for abnormal fetal position.Methods A total of 58 patients with abnormal fetal head position were enrolled in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.The study was divided into control group(n=23)and experimental group(n=35)according to the nursing program.The control group was given routine labor intervention,and the experimental group was observed in the labor process and quality nursing.The delivery mode and labor time of the two groups and the postpartum maternal and infant status were statistically analyzed.Results The number of dystocia and cesarean delivery in the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the labor time was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of vaginal delivery was more than that of the control group,P<0.05;the postpartum maternal and infant status of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with abnormal fetal position have a significant effect on labor observation and nursing,which not only reduces the time of labor,but also greatly reduces the difficulty rate of head position and cesarean section,improves maternal and child outcomes,ensures maternal and fetal health.
