摘要
目的:通过系统科学的方法,全面准确了解北京市某医院文化发展的现状及其SWOT分析。方法:采用访谈调研和问卷调查相结合,通过与医院高、中、基层员工的交谈,了解医院的行业背景、战略目标、管理制度、人力资源状况、文化引领作用等,从各个角度解读医院文化。问卷调查是在访谈调研的基础上,对医院的文化现状进行定量分析。结果:从某医院物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化4个维度入手,对医院的医院文化形成过程进行系统梳理及全面、客观评估;并对医院文化发展现状进行了SWOT分析。结论:如何用文化融合的纽带把医院及其干部职工凝聚成一个统一有机的整体,推动医院的和谐发展,是医院文化建设所面临的重要议题。
Objective:Through the method of system science,this paper studies the cultural development status and SWOT analysis of a Grade III hospital in Beijing.Methods:Interview survey and questionnaire survey.Through talking with the senior,middle and grass-roots staff of Hospital A,we can understand the industry background,strategic objectives,management system,human resource status,and cultural leading role of the hospital,and interpret the hospital culture from various angles.The questionnaire survey is a quantitative analysis of the cultural status of hospital a on the basis of interviews.Results:Starting from the four dimensions of material culture,system culture,behavior culture and spiritual culture of the hospital,this paper systematically sorts out the formation process of hospital culture in the hospital,carries out a comprehensive and objective evaluation,and carries out a SWOT analysis on the cultural development status of the hospital.Conclusion:How to use cultural to unite the staff of the hospital into a unified and organic whole,and promote the harmonious development of the hospital,is an important issue.
