摘要
目的探讨口部肌肉训练联合语音训练对功能性构音障碍患儿言语发育的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月至2019年12月收治的功能性构音障碍患儿85例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=43)。对照组予以常规语音训练,观察组予以口部肌肉训练联合语音训练,比较两组患儿言语发育情况及疗效。结果经6个月训练后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,口部运动功能评估结果显示,观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组语音清晰度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口部肌肉训练联合语音训练用于功能性构音障碍患儿疗效显著,可明显促进其口部运动功能发育,继而提高语音清晰度,促进功能性构音障碍患儿口部运动功能,提高语音清晰度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of oral muscle training combined with speech training on speech development in children with functional articulation disorders.Methods 85 children with functional dysarthria admitted from January 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine speech training,and the observation group was given mouth muscle training combined with voice training.The speech development and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of training,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the oral motor function evaluation results showed that the observation group scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the speech intelligibility of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mouth muscle training combined with speech training is effective in children with functional articulation disorder,which can obviously promote the development of oral motor function,and then improve its speech intelligibility,which can promote oral movement in children with functional articulation disorder.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
