摘要
某钢铁公司炼钢厂房采用混合结构体系,其中屋架、吊车梁为钢构件,柱为预制混凝土构件。为提高钢材生产能力,需对炼钢转炉和钢水包进行扩容。为满足承载要求,需对梁柱进行加固改造。加固施工均为高空作业,为不影响钢材正常生产,施工难度较大,为此,对不停产条件下厂房梁柱加固技术进行研究。
The steel-making workshop of a steel company adopts a mixed structure system,the roof truss and crane beam are steel components,and the columns are precast concrete components.In order to improve the capacity of producing steel,the steelmaking converter and steel ladle were expanded.It is necessary to reinforce the steel-making workshop,and improve the bearing capacity of the original beams and columns.The reinforcement is carried out at high altitude,which does not affect the normal production of steel,and the construction is difficult.Therefore,the reinforcement technology for beams and columns in workshop is studied under the condition of not stopping production.
