摘要
为了提高电气设备参数采集与故障诊断能力,提出基于无线网络的电气设备参数采集与故障诊断方法。采用无线传感器网络设备实现电气设备参数采集,采集的电气设备参数主要有电气设备的交流侧线路损耗参数、逆变器总输入功率、直流线路总损耗以及动态相量频段解耦系数等,采用简化模型分析的方法,得到电气设备参数中的故障特征分析的概率密度函数。对采集的电气设备参数实施信息融合处理,提取电气设备参数的差异性特征量,采用线性拟合和频段组合控制方法实现对电气设备参数的故障特征分析,采用多频段动态相量检测方法实现对电气设备的故障诊断。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行电气设备参数采集的信息融合度水平较高,故障诊断性能较好,提高了电气设备在稳态工况运行水平。
In order to improve the ability of parameter acquisition and fault diagnosis of electrical equipment,a method of parameter acquisition and fault diagnosis of electrical equipment based on wireless network is proposed.Wireless sensor network equipment is used to collect electrical equipment parameters.The collected electrical equipment parameters mainly include AC side line loss parameters of electrical equipment,total input power of inverter,total DC line loss and dynamic phasor frequency band decoupling coefficient.The probability density function of fault feature analysis in electrical equipment parameters is obtained by using simplified model analysis method.The collected electrical equipment parameters are processed by information fusion,and the difference characteristic quantity of electrical equipment parameters is extracted.The fault feature analysis of electrical equipment parameters is realized by using linear fitting and frequency band combination control method,and the fault diagnosis of electrical equipment is realized by using multi band dynamic phasor detection method.The simulation results show that the information fusion level of electrical equipment parameter acquisition is high,the fault diagnosis performance is good,and the operation level of electrical equipment in steady state is improved.
