摘要
优化了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定二氧化钛的方法,并采用该方法对西安市现售的90个小麦粉的二氧化钛进行测定。结果表明:该方法的检出限低(0.062 mg/kg)、准确度好、精密度高。大部分小麦粉中都有检出二氧化钛,范围为0~3.0735 mg/kg,平均值为1.0242 mg/kg,服从正态分布,95%置信度下的置信区间为0.8897~1.1587 mg/kg。可将3.1 mg/kg作为面粉中二氧化钛的本底参考值。为小麦粉中是否添加二氧化钛提供技术依据和理论参考,作为制定相关标准的技术保障。
A method for determining titanium dioxide by ICP-AES was optimized,which was used to determine the titanium dioxide of 90 wheat flours sold in Xi'an.The results showed that the method had low detection limit(0.062 mg/kg),good accuracy and high precision.Titanium dioxide was detected in most wheat flours,ranging from 0 to 3.0735 mg/kg,with an average value of 1.0242 mg/kg.Obeying normal distribution.The confidence interval at 95%confidence was 0.8897~1.1587 mg/kg.3.1 mg/kg could be used as the background reference value of titanium dioxide in wheat flours.Technical basis and theoretical reference for the addition of titanium dioxide in flour,and as a technical support for development of relevant standards.
