摘要
【目的】探寻空心菜在北方寒冷地区池塘养殖水体中的生长状况及对养殖水体的净化效果,为高纬度地区鱼菜共生模式的研究与应用提供科学依据。【方法】以无浮床不种植物为CK,6-9月在室外自然光条件下,进行水体中不同TN(总氮)、总磷(TP)负荷的长方体塑料水箱浮床覆盖率为50%的空心菜种植试验。【结果】空心菜能够适应较为广泛的营养条件,在池塘养殖水体中生长状况良好,相对生长速率(RGR)平均为0.116/d;相同覆盖率的空心菜浮床对不同TN、TP负荷的池塘养殖水体的去除效率无显著差异。【结论】空心菜在北方寒冷地区池塘养殖水体中生长良好,能促进养殖池塘水体水质净化,有效降低水体中NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N、TN、TP、COD_(Mn)等污染物的含量。
【Objective】The paper is to explore the growth status of water spinach in aquaculture water of Northern cold area and the purification of aquaculture water by floating-bed-grown water spinach,which provide the theoretical basis for the research and application of aquaponics pattern in high-latitude areas.【Method】Taking non-floating bed without plant as CK,the water spinach cultivation experiment of 50%coverage in cuboid plastic tank floating bed with different TN and TP load in aquaculture water is conducted at outdoor natural light condition from June to September.【Result】Water spinach can adapt nutritional condition widely;its growth status in aquaculture water is well.The relative growth rate(RGR)is 0.116/d on an average.There is no obvious difference in removing efficiency of floating-bed-grown water spinach with the same coverage to different TN and TP load in aquaculture water.【Conclusion】Water spinach grows well in aquaculture water of Northern cold area,It can promote the purification of aquaculture water,and effectively reduce the contaminant content such as NH_(4)^(+)-N,NO_(2)^(-)-N,NO_(3)^(-)-N,TN,TP and COD_(Mn) in aquaculture water.
