摘要
为了研究V及C+N元素共同作用对02Cr13Ni4Mo马氏体不锈钢的组织和力学性能的影响,通过在钢中添加V元素或改变钢中C、N的含量,设计了3种马氏体不锈钢。对这3种试验钢分别进行正火、正火+二次回火热处理试验,并对不同热处理状态下试验钢的组织和力学性能进行了检测与分析。结果表明,V的添加对提升钢的回火稳定性具有重要作用,同时提高C、N含量对提升钢的拉伸性能具有重要作用。其中,V元素的添加细化了板条马氏体组织,提高了钢回火后的屈服强度,但也抑制了部分逆变奥氏体的产生,降低了钢的低温冲击韧性。C、N含量的增加提高了马氏体不锈钢的硬度和拉伸强度,但也降低了钢的低温冲击韧性。
In order to study the effects of V and C, N elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 02Cr13Ni4Mo martensite stainless steel, three kinds of martensite stainless steel were designed by adding V elements to steel or changing the content of C, N in steel. The three test steels were tested by normalizing and normalizing secondary tempering heat, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steels under different heat treatment conditions were tested and analyzed. The results show that the addition of V plays an important role in improving the tempering stability of steel, and the addition of C and N plays an important role in improving the tensile properties of steel. Among them, the addition of V elements refines the lath martensite structure and increases the yield strength of steel after tempering. But it also inhibits the production of partial inverse austenite and reduces the low temperature impact toughness of steel. An increase in C, N contents increases the hardness and tensile strength of martensitic stainless steel, but also reduces the low temperature impact toughness of steel.
