下分层抽采长钻孔终孔位置合理确定

Determination on Reasonable End Hole Location of Long Drilling Drainage in Lower Layer

摘要 针对特厚煤层高瓦斯工作面回采上分层期间出现上隅角瓦斯超限报警的情况,提出在下分层施工千米定向钻孔抽采瓦斯的技术。分析上分层回采过程中,下分层裂隙发育程度及卸压瓦斯运移规律,在某矿205工作面开展试验研究,借助理论计算和Flac 3D模拟可知,下分层塑性破坏最大距离为13 m,工作面底板以下6~9 m最适合布置千米定向钻孔。位于下分层6~9 m范围内的千米定向钻孔瓦斯抽采效果最佳,瓦斯抽采量随工作面回采呈现指数升高,最后体积分数升高至68%,达到了对特厚煤层高瓦斯工作面下分层卸压瓦斯高效率、长时间稳定抽采的目的。 The gas over-limit alarm of the upper corner occurred in mining the upper layer in the high-gas working face of extra-thick coal seam.Thus,kilometer directional drilling technology was proposed for the mining of lower layer.On the analysis of the upper layer mining,a testing experiment was carried out on No.205 working face to study the development degree of fracture zones and the migration law of pressure relief gas of the lower layer.Through the theoretical calculation and Flac 3D simulation,the results show that the maximum distance of plastic failure is 13 meters,so 6 to 9 meters below the floor of the working face is the most suitable for the kilometer directional drilling,that is,the location could show the best gas drainage effects.The gas drainage volume fraction changes to 68%,achieving the high efficiency and long-term stable gas drainage for the pressure relief gas in the high-gas working face of extra-thick coal seam.
