摘要
柚籽油中富含不饱和脂肪酸及柠檬苦素类、黄酮类等生物活性物质,可用作食用油及功能性食品原料.综述了柚籽油的化学成分、理化特性,并对柚籽油的提取方法及其精炼精制、柚籽油中生物活性物质的分离纯化现状进行了研究分析,为柚籽油的综合开发和高值化利用提供了思路.
Pomelo seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids,limonins,flavonoids and other bioactive substances.It can be used as edible oil and functional food raw materials.The chemical constituents and physicochemical properties of pomelo seed oil were reviewed,and the extraction methods and refining methods of pomelo seed oil,and the separation and purification of bioactive substances from pomelo seed oil were studied and analyzed.It provided a train of thought for the comprehensive development and high value utilization of pomelo seed oil.
