摘要
为实现煤矿综采工作面设备的安全、快速、高效安装回撤,以尽可能减少对矿井生产接续的影响,开展了大采高工作面设备智能化快速回撤实践。以黄陵二号煤矿418工作面为例,详细介绍了设备回撤技术及工序安排;重点论述了回撤前期闭采通道的形成,回撤路线的起底维修,工作面所有设备回撤工艺及工序衔接;并对自动拉移回撤支架技术进行了说明,分析了工作面快速回撤影响因素。实践表明,引进新技术,加强现场组织管理、规范作业流程,可以在工作面回撤支架时实现远程遥控操作拉移支架,提高设备回撤效率。
In order to realize the safe,rapid and efficient installation and withdrawal of equipment in fully mechanized mining face and reduce the influence on mine production as much as possible,the practice of intelligent and rapid withdrawal of equipment in large mining height face is carried out.Taking No.418 working face of Huangling No.2 coal mine as an example,the equipment withdrawal technology and process arrangement is introduced,the position of withdrawal channel and the maintenance of withdrawal route is analyzed,and the influencing factors of rapid withdrawal of working face are discussed.The practice shows that introducing new technology,strengthening on-site organization and management,standardizing operation process,and adopting remote control when withdrawing support in working face can improve equipment withdrawing efficiency.
