摘要
明弘治时期对藩王赏赐数量之大,是前几朝所罕见的。赏赐的内容大体上有土地、盐引、课钞、之国费用及王府修建费用等。这些活动导致了国家财政收入被大量侵夺。针对藩王赏赐产生的财政问题,明廷想出一些办法和措施给予补救,但从整体上看,这些措施收效不大,藩王赏赐的后果已是积重难返。因此,弘治时期是明代国家财政状况恶化的重要转折点。藩王赏赐活动带来的一系列严重问题尤其是财政问题,是国家隐患和社会危机的重要标志之一。从这个意义上说,"弘治中兴"的说法实际上很难成立。
In the Hongzhi period of the Ming Dynasty,the rewards to the vassal kings were unprecedented in the previous dynasties.The contents of the rewards included land,salt,money,state expense and the construction cost of the Royal Palace,which led to the loss of the national revenue.In view of the financial problems caused by the rewards to the Vassal King,the Ming court came up with some methods and measures to remedy them,but on the whole,these measures had little effects,and the consequences of the rewards to the vassal king were too heavy to return.Therefore,the Hongzhi period was an important turning point for the deterioration of the state financial situation in the Ming Dynasty.A series of serious problems,especially the financial problems,brought about by the reward activities of the vassal kings,was one of the important signs of the hidden danger of the country and the social crisis.In this sense,“the prosperity of Hongzhi”is a shaky statement.
