摘要
以南昌市轨道交通4号线在建泥水盾构过江隧道为工程依托,对安丰站—东新站区段泥水平衡盾构掘进穿越不同地层时主要掘进参数的演化规律展开研究,探讨4项主要盾构掘进参数之间的相关性,对盾构总推力、刀盘扭矩、掘进速度以及刀盘转速之间的相关性进行对比分析,最终可以推导出以中风化泥质粉砂岩为主的复合地层条件下泥水平衡盾构掘进参数与不同地层的关系模型,通过一系列现场实时数据对比并进行统计分析,可以发现:掘进速度与盾构总推力和刀盘扭矩呈弱线性相关性;刀盘扭矩和盾构总推力呈弱线性相关性;刀盘转速与掘进速度之间参数取值不存在明显的相关性。
Based on the construction of slurry shield across the river tunnel of Nanchang rail transit line 4,the evolution law of main tunneling parameters of slurry balanced shield tunneling across different strata in Anfeng station Dongxin station section is studied.The correlation among four main shield tunneling parameters is discussed,and the correlation among total shield thrust,cutterhead torque,tunneling speed and cutterhead speed is carried out through a series of field real-time data comparison and statistical analysis,it can be found that:the tunneling speed has a weak linear correlation with the total shield thrust and cutterhead torque,the cutterhead torque and the total thrust of the shield are approximately linear there is no obvious correlation between cutter head speed and tunneling speed.
