医教协同视域下构建临床研究协调员联合培养机制的研究 被引量:4

Study on the Construction of the Co-training Mechanism of Clinical Research Coordinator from the Perspective of Hospital and School Cooperation

摘要 国内临床试验数量不断增加,加之国家对临床试验提出了更高要求,客观上需要更多的专业化临床研究协调员(CRC)参与临床试验研究工作,CRC人才需求处于供不应求的局面。作为一个专业性强的新兴职业,在系统的培养机制下开展CRC的规范化培训和深度教育是非常必要的。但目前国内还未形成统一、有效的CRC培养机制,导致CRC接受的培训质量良莠不齐,直接影响了临床试验的科学性和合理性。本文在医教协同视域下研究构建CRC联合培养机制,为解决国内CRC岗位人才供求矛盾和培养机制不足寻求解决办法,同时谋求增加学生就业面,提高学生就业率和就业质量。 With the increasing number of clinical trials in China and the higher requirements for clinical trials put forward by the state,more specialized clinical research coordinators(CRC)are needed to participate in the clinical trial research work objectively,and the demand for CRC talents is in short supply.As a new professional,it is very necessary to carry out the standardized training and in-depth education of CRC under the systematic training mechanism.However,there is no unified and effective CRC training mechanism in China,which leads to the uneven quality of CRC training,and directly affects the scientificity and rationality of clinical trials.This paper studies the construction of CRC co-training mechanism from the perspective of hospital and school cooperation,in order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of domestic CRC and the shortage of training mechanism,and at the same time seek to increase students’employment,improve students’employment rate and employment quality.
