摘要
《诸病源候论》为隋代巢元方所著,书中大量应用"候"字,此"候"字可概括为病候、证候、脉候三部分。文章从《诸病源候论》中对"无子候"的论述着手,探讨"候"的含义及特点,并阐述《诸病源候论》对中医辨治不孕症的临床指导意义,以期为中医医者学习《诸病源候论》提供理论学习思路,将中医古籍学习成果应用于现代临床。
Zhubing Yuanhou Lun was written by CHAO Yuan-fang in the Sui dynasty,in which the word‘Hou’was widely used,which can be summarized into three parts:disease Hou,syndromes Hou and pulse Hou.Starting from the discussion of‘no child Hou’in Zhubing Yuanhou Lun,this paper discusses the meaning and characteristics of‘Hou’and expounds the clinical guiding significance of Zhubing Yuanhou Lun to the differentiation and treatment of infertility in TCM,with a view to providing theoretical learning ideas for TCM practitioners to learn Zhubing Yuanhou Lun,and applying the learning achievements of ancient books of TCM to modern clinical practice.
