摘要
新生儿是指出生至28 d以内的新生婴儿,由于机体内各项组织器官尚未发育成熟,机体免疫功能及抵抗力低下,容易受到外来因素的影响,导致机体发病。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的健康意识和保健意识不断提升,新生儿出生时的健康状态评估与护理照顾日渐受到重视。新生儿出生后需要给予全面精心的呵护,避免受到疾病的困扰,是目前新生儿的护理重点。为了探求多种更好的护理模式,本文通过万方数据库、维普网进行文献检索,输入关键词:新生儿、护理模式、研究。共检索180篇文献报道,筛选30篇,早期母婴皮肤接触模式、母婴床旁护理模式、优质护理模式、规范化护理模式等。多种护理模式体现了人文关怀、护理技能及护理质量的提高以及护理满意度的提升,降低了新生儿的发病率,促进生长发育,确保新生儿身心健康。
Newborns refer to the newborn infants born within 28 days.Because various tissues and organs in the body are not yet mature,the body’s immune function and resistance are low,which are susceptible to the influence of external factors,leading to the onset of body’s disease.In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the people’s health awareness and health care awareness have been continuously improved,and the health assessment and nursing care of the newborn at birth have received increasing attention.After birth,newborns need to be given comprehensive and careful care to avoid being troubled by diseases,which is the focus of newborn care.In order to explore a variety of better nursing modes,this paper carries out literature retrieval through Wanfang database,Weipu.com,and inputs keywords:newborn,nursing model,research.A total of 180 literature reports are searched and 30 articles are screened,including early maternal and child skin contact mode,maternal and child bedside care mode,high-quality care mode,standardized care mode,etc.Multiple nursing modes reflect the improvement of humanistic care,nursing skills and quality of nursing,and the improvement of nursing satisfaction,which reduces the incidence rate of newborn,promotes growth and development,and ensures the physical and mental health of neonates.
