摘要
“四维空间”理论已发展成为一种新的学生管理理论思潮,高校借助“四维空间”理论开展少数民族学生管理工作具有重要意义。但是目前高校少数民族学生管理过程中还存在诸多问题,为了有效发挥“四维空间”理论对少数民族学生管理的指导作用,高校应树立“四维空间”理念意识,构建与实施“四维空间”高校少数民族学生管理模式,以完善高校少数民族学生管理制度。
The theory of"four-dimensional space"has developed into a new trend of student management theory.It is of great significance for colleges and universities to carry out the management of minority students with the help of this theory.However,there are still many problems in the management of minority students in colleges and universities.Giving full play to the guiding role of"four-dimensional space"in the management of minority students,colleges and universities should establish the concept of"four-dimensional space",build and implement the management mode of ethnic minority students to improve the management system in colleges and universities.
