镦拔工艺对4Cr5MoSiV1钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、硬度计和冲击试验机研究了三种锻造工艺对4Cr5MoSiV1钢的显微组织和冲击性能的影响。结果表明:单方向拔长后试验钢的组织中存在明显的带状偏析,仍保留了铸态的针状铁素体组织,断口为沿晶断口,横向冲击值为11.33 J;一次镦拔后存在带状组织,铁素体的位置取向以等轴晶为主,合金碳化物分布更加均匀,断口为有一定数量韧窝的准解理形貌,横向冲击值为13.58 J;三次镦拔后枝晶被充分打碎,带状偏析消除,同时断口存在大量的韧窝,冲击韧性和等向性能明显提高,横、纵冲击功比值高达80.4%。 The effects of three forging processes on the microstructures and impact properties of 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel were studied by means of optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,hardness tester and impact tester.The results show that there are obvious banded segregations in the microstructure of the test steel after unidirectional drawing,and the as-cast acicular ferrite microstructure is retained,the fracture surface is the intergranular fracture,and the transverse impact value is 11.33 J.After one upsetting and drawing,there is banded microstructure,the position orientation of ferrite is mainly isometric crystal,the distribution of carbide in the alloy is more uniform,the fracture surface is quasi-cleavage morphology with a certain number of dimples,and the transverse impact value is 13.58 J.After three upsetting and drawing,the dendrite is fully broken and the banded segregation is eliminated.At the same time,there are a large number of dimples on the fracture surface,the impact toughness and isotropic properties are obviously improved,and the ratio of transverse and longitudinal impact work is as high as 80.4%.
