摘要
以山西阳蟒高速公路软土地基试验项目为研究对象,通过地质勘探绘制其软土物理力学特性随深度的规律曲线,并据此设计实验方案,进行抽芯样本无侧限压缩、现场单桩竖向抗压承载力强度试验与271 d的沉降观测,评定现场试验水泥搅拌桩的成桩效果。结果发现:在水泥掺入率保持不变的情况下,搅拌机速率与桩体的压缩性、承载强度呈近线性正相关关系;软土地基中,水泥搅拌率为18%,以40 r/min的水泥搅拌桩施工方案可以满足强度设计要求;荷载的增加将增加水泥搅拌桩处理后的地基沉降,同时水泥掺入量越大,沉降值越小。
The soft soil foundation test project of Shaanxi Yangmang expressway was taken as the research object.Through geological exploration tests,the physical and mechanical properties of Shaanxi Yangmang expressway soft soils test plan was designed,to evaluate the pile formation effect of field test cement mixing pile by unconfined compression test of core-pulling samples,field strength test of single pile vertical compressive bearing capacity and 271 d settlement observation The study found that:The mixer speed has a nearly linear positive correlation with the pile's compressibility and bearing strength when the cement mixing rate remains unchanged;In soft soil foundation,the cement mixing rate is 18%.The cement mixing pile's construction plan with 40 revolutions per minute can meet the strength design requirements;The increase in load will increase the settlement of the foundation after cement mixing pile treatment.
