摘要
为进一步规范三七的栽培管理,采用随机区组试验设计,按种苗重进行分级移栽,考察不同处理植株生长性状及皂苷含量差异。结果表明:种苗等级与株高、茎基粗、叶片大小、块根重、病株率及皂苷产量正相关,与出苗率、存苗率、根冠比及块根含水量负相关。生产中实行种苗分级移栽时宜选用种苗重大于1.5 g的Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级种苗。
In order to further standardize the cultivation and management of Panax notoginseng,random block test method was used to investigate the differences of plant growth characteristics and saponin content in different treatments.The results showed that seedling grade was positively correlated with plant height,stem base diameter,leaf size,tuber root weight,diseased plant rate and saponin yield,and negatively correlated with seedling emergence rate,seedling survival rate,root shoot ratio and tuber root water content.When carrying out seedling grading transplanting in production,gradeⅠandⅡseedlings with seedling weight more than 1.5 g should be selected.
