摘要
为分析舰炮发射时高温、高压、高速的火药气体对炮口附近的观瞄装置的影响,建立舰炮身管与观瞄装置的三维流场仿真模型,分析炮口流场的形成过程,得到舰炮发射时的压力场和温度场。同时对观瞄装置上各面及附近特殊点进行压力和温度的监测,分析各监测位置的数据。结果表明该总体方案下舰炮发射时,炮口冲击波对观瞄装置影响较大,高温火药气体对其的影响可以忽略。研究结论表明,利用CFD方法可以对武器系统总体方案的布置提供一定的设计参考。
In order to analysis influence of the high temperature,high pressure and high speed gunpowder gas on the sighting device that near the muzzle during the naval gun firing,The 3D flow simulation model of the naval gun barrel and the sighting device was established,the development process of the muzzle flow field was studied,get the pressure field and temperature field.At the same time,the pressure and temperature at the each face of the sighting device and some nearby special point was monitored and analyzed in detail.The results show that muzzle blast wave have a great influence on the sighting device and high the influence of temperature gunpowder gas can ignore.The above conclusions show that using the CFD method can provides reference for overall design of weapon system.
