摘要
为了降低直流固态断路器的经济成本,介绍了基于晶闸管的直流固态断路器的工作原理,并在理论分析的基础上,结合仿真给出了主晶闸管、换流回路、MOV等主要部件参数优化设计方法,提出了一种在线充电、自监测触发的改进方案,与不同器件方案固态断路器进行了经济性比较。结果表明:该改进方案采用快速晶闸管、脉冲电容等常规器件代替了昂贵的全控型器件,以较低的成本实现了短路电流毫秒内的限流分断,满足直流电力系统的快速保护需求。
In order to reduce the cost of DC solid circuit breaker,firstly,the working principle of DC solid circuit breakers based on thyristors was introduced.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the optimal design method of main thyristors,commutation loop and MOV parameters were presented combined with simulation.An improved scheme of on-line charging and self-monitoring triggering was proposed,and the economics of solid state circuit breakers with different device solutions were compared.The results show that the improved scheme replaces the expensive full-control device with conventional devices such as fast thyristors and pulse capacitors,and thus realizes the current-limiting and breaking of the short-circuit current within a millisecond at a low cost,which meets the requirements of rapid protection of DC power systems.
