摘要
目的观察普济痔疮栓联合康复新液超声雾疗对混合痔术后创面的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月收治的86例混合痔患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。两组患者均实施混合痔外剥内扎术治疗,术后对照组给予常规高锰酸钾坐浴熏洗治疗,观察组给予普济痔疮栓联合康复新液超声雾疗。比较两组患者的肛门功能、创面疼痛、水肿评分、β-EP、5-HT水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的肛管最大收缩压、肛管舒张压、肛管静息压及肛管高压带长度均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS、水肿评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的β-EP、5-HT水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普济痔疮栓联合康复新液超声雾疗可显著改善混合痔术后患者肛门功能,有利于创面恢复,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Puji Zhichuang suppository combined with Kangfuxin liquid ultrasonic fog therapy on postoperative wound surface of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 86 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid.After operation,the control group was treated with conventional potassium permanganate hip bath fumigation,and the observation group was treated with Puji Zhichuang suppository combined with Kangfuxin liquid ultrasonic fog therapy.Anal function,wound pain and edema scores,β-EP and 5-HT levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the anal maximum systolic pressure,anal diastolic pressure,anal resting pressure and the length of anal high pressure zone in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and edema scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ-EP and 5-HT in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Puji Zhichuang suppository combined with Kangfuxin liquid ultrasonic fog therapy can significantly improve the anal function of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation,it is conducive to wound recovery and reduce the incidencing of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
