摘要
目的研究万应理伤膏的镇痛和抗炎作用。方法以小鼠为实验动物,扶他林乳膏作对照药物进行药效学研究。结果万应理伤膏各剂量组均能明显延长小鼠出现扭体反应的潜伏期(P<0.01),减少15 min内扭体反应的次数(P<0.01),呈现对二甲苯所致急性炎症的良好抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论万应理伤膏具有良好的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Wanyinglishang Ointment.Methods Different mice models were established using Voltaren gel as a control for pharmacodynamics study.Results Wanyinglishang Ointment of different dosages extended the incubation period in the writhing tests(P<0.01)and reduced the times of writhing within 15 minutes(P<0.01).It was effective in inhibiting the acute inflammations caused by xylene(P<0.01).Conclusion Wanyinglishang Ointment has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
