摘要
平台企业如何引领合作伙伴从传统合作提升到生态合作关系,是打造平台生态协同的关键。通过总结企业间合作的各种模式、成立条件及治理要素,并对菜鸟网络平台进行案例分析。研究发现:在菜鸟网络与快递企业合作中,各种合作模式并存;合作达到相对稳定的基础是应满足某合作模式所需条件及治理要素;模式从传统合作向生态合作演变;合作绩效是合作演变的重要驱动因素。
How the platform enterprises lead the partners from traditional cooperation to ecological cooperation is the key to building the platform ecological cooperation.The paper analyzes the cooperation modes,corresponding conditions and elements of governance between firms,using CainiaoNetwork as a case study.The findings show that in the cooperation process between CainiaoNetwork and express delivery enterprises,various modes of cooperation coexist;The foundation of a stable cooperation is to satisfy the conditions and governance factors of each cooperation mode;the mode of cooperation has evolved from traditional to ecological mode;Cooperation performance is an important driving factor of cooperation evolution.
