摘要
目的研究对甲状腺切除术患者应用优质护理对临床治疗效果及护理满意度的影响。方法随机抽取我院2019年1月至2020年5月就诊的70例甲状腺切除术患者作为本次研究对象。将所有患者临床基线资料录入计算机中,引用计算机随机分组法,将患者分成对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用优质护理。使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估两组患者疼痛情况,医院自制护理满意度调查表,评估护理满意度,同时比较两组患者住院时间。结果观察组与对照组比较,疼痛评分更低,住院时间更短,护理满意度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺切除术患者应用优质护理干预临床效果显著,能有效缓解疼痛情况,缩短住院时间,且患者对该护理满意度较高,利于患者尽快康复出院。
Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing on clinical treatment and nursing satisfaction in patients with thyroidectomy.Methods Seventy patients with thyroidectomy from January 2019 to May 2020 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The clinical baseline data of all patients were input into the computer and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and high-quality nursing was used in the observation group.VAS was used to evaluate the pain of the two groups.The hospital self-designed nursing satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the nursing satisfaction.At the same time,the hospitalization time of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the pain score of the observation group was lower,the hospitalization time was shorter,and nursing satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with thyroidectomy is significant,which can effectively relieve the pain and shorten the hospitalization time.Moreover,the patients are satisfied with the nursing,which is beneficial to the patients'recovery and discharge as soon as possible.
