摘要
目的分析重度颅脑损伤护理中优质护理的应用效果。方法选择2019年12月至2020年10月到本院治疗重度颅脑损伤患者共116例作为观察对象,随机分为试验组(n=58)和对照组(n=58)。比较两组患者Barthel指数评分以及生活质量。结果护理后,试验组患者Barthel指数评分、生理指标评分、心理指标评分、生命力指标评分及社会指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用优质护理模式对重度颅脑损伤患者进行干预,可提升护理效果,缩短患者恢复健康时间。
Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in nursing care of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 116 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into experimental group(n=58)and control group(n=58).Barthel Index scores and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Barthel Index scores,physiological index scores,psychological index scores,vitality index scores and social index scores of experimental test group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using high-quality nursing mode to intervene patients with severe craniocerebral injury can improve the nursing effect and shorten the recovery of patients.
