摘要
人文教育作为一种智慧教育,旨在提升人性境界、塑造完美人格,是推动实现个体价值和社会价值的教育。本文通过比较中美高校在人文教育背景、目标、内容、途径、方法等多方面的差异,发现中国高校在人文教育上的短板,不断汲取美国高校人文教育的经验,让中国人文教育在健康的轨道上运行发展,以此推动高等教育的改革和进步。
Humanities education,as a kind of wisdom education,aims to improve the human realm and shape the perfect personality.It is an education that promotes the realization of individual values and social values.By comparing the differences in the background,objectives,contents,ways and methods of humanities education between Chinese and American universities,the article finds the shortcomings of Chinese colleges and universities in humanities education,and constantly draws on the advantages of humanities education in American colleges and universities,so that Chinese humanities education develop on a healthy track to promote reform and progress in higher education.
