摘要
住院病历的科学性、安全性管理在特殊疫情时期是一个不容忽视的战场。为密切配合国家做好疫情防控工作,防止院内感染,保障医院相关工作人员的生命健康安全,我单位在根据国家有关疫情防控要求和规章制度、并结合本单位在针对特殊时期住院感染新型冠状病毒的肺炎或疑似患者病历管理的经验,现将其整理为规范的处理方案,分述如下,希望能给其它医疗单位提供有用的参考。
The scientific and safe management of hospital medical records is also a battlefield that cannot be ignored in the special epidemic period.In order to prevent the infection of COVID-19 in hospitals,and to ensure the health and safety of the staff in the hospital,our hospital,according to the relevant national epidemic prevention and control requirements and regulations,summed up the experience in the management of COVID-19 patients or suspected COVID-19 patients in the special period.In order to prevent and control the epidemic situation,prevent nosocomial infections,and ensure the health and safety of hospital staff,it is of great clinical significance to formulate standardized corresponding strategy for medical records of COVID-19 patients.
