摘要
为提升服务机器人的交互体验,构建了基于关系体验、感官体验和情景体验的服务机器人交互体验框架;通过基于视频仿真的人机交互(Visual Human-Robots Interaction,VHRI)试验方法,测量了服务机器人动态交互过程中造型与情景影响下的用户感官体验和关系体验,建立了服务机器人身高与运动速度、人员流动与运动路径的交互体验映射关系;通过Netlogo软件和蚁群算法,将服务机器人运动交互过程可视化,模拟了不同映射关系和交互情景下符合用户情感认知的机器人运动路径,不仅拓展了服务机器人交互设计研究范围,也为后续研究提供了参考。
In order to improve interactive experience of service robots,a service robot interactive experience framework was constructed based on relationship experience,sensory experience and situation experience.VHRI test method was used to measure user sensory experience and relationship experience under the influence of modeling and contextual factors in the dynamic interaction process of service robot.The interactive experience mapping relationships between height and movement velocity,people flow,movement path of service robot were established.Movement interaction process visualization was realized through Netlogo software and ant colony algorithm.The robot movement path that conformed to user emotional cognition was simulated under different mapping relationships and interactive scenario.This not only expanded the research scope of service robot interaction design,but also provided references for following research.
