论法学项目教学法的智能生成

On the Intelligent Generation of Project Teaching Method for Law Majors

摘要 传统法学项目教学法存在难以深度激活教与学的潜力,消解知识与理论、方法与智慧,以及实践与技能脱节等问题。而项目教学法的智能生成聚焦以教学内容为目标的智能设计、以项目为任务的智能驱动、以机器深度学习为基础的自主探究、以学习探究为手段的智能学习与成果展示,以及以能力提升为导向的智能指导与评估,实现复数主体高效、开放和多元的交互模式,提升法学教学智慧,促进教学形成性评价和“价值塑造、能力培养和知识传授三位一体”目标的达至,以及教学改革、人才培养与智能服务之间良性互动的形成。 The traditional project teaching method for law majors has learning,the disintegration between knowledge and theory,the disconnection between methods and wisdom and practice and skills.The intelligent generation of project teaching method for law majors focuses on intelligent design which takes teaching content as goal,intelligent drive which takes project as task,the self-motivated learning which takes deep machine learning as the basis,intelligent learning and achievements presentation which takes learning as means and intelligent tutoring and evaluation which takes capability improvement as the orientation.With these measures,a series of teaching objectives and improvement can be achieved,which including an open,efficient and interactive mode that can benefit plural subjects,the improvement on teaching intelligence,the formation formative evaluation,and the realization of the teaching objective of “ value formation,capability cultivation and knowledge teaching”and the formation of the positive interaction among teaching reform,talent cultivation and intelligent service.
