摘要
采用LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O2/C体系研制了容量2000 mAh的功率型18650锂离子电池,分析了电极材料、制程工艺以及电解液等对电池功率性能的影响。试验结果表明,电池在1C、5C、10C放电容量保持率和500周循环容量保持率分别为100%、98.48%、95.72%和92.19%、86.84%、79.52%。-20℃和55℃下,3C放电容量保持率77.69%和101.98%,过充、短路、跌落、挤压、加热以及低气压等安全测试中,电池未起火、爆炸。
A 2000 mAh power-type lithium ion batteries was prepared by using LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3O2)/C system.The effects of the electrode material,processing technology and electrolyte on the power performance were investigated.The results showed that capacity retention and 500-cycle capacity retention was 100%,98.48%,95.72%and 92.19%,86.84%,79.52%at 1C,5C,10C rate discharge.Capacity retentions of 3C discharge was 77.69% and 101.98%at-20℃and 55℃.The batteries were not fire and explosion at the security tests,such as overcharging,short circuit,drop,extrusion,heating,low pressure.
