摘要
据研究调查显示,近些年来自然灾害和突发事件的发生频率越来越高,在发生自然灾害的时候,卫星通信的应用有着非常重要的意义。当灾害发生时,如果当地的公共网络通信系统遭到了损害,那么一定会对发生灾害的地区和外界之间的联系造成影响。在这个时候运用卫星通信技术,迅速传播灾害状况的信息,可以为救援行动的开展做好准备工作,从而在很大程度上减少灾害带来的影响。通过研究分析卫星通信在应急通信中的应用,希望能够对解决突发事件有所帮助。
According to the research and investigation,in recent years,the frequency of natural disasters and emergencies gets higher and higher.When natural disasters occur,the application of satellite communication is of great significance.When a disaster occurs,if the local public network communication system is damaged,it will certainly affect the contact between the disaster area and the outside world.At this time,if the disaster and the damages can be quickly spread through the satellite communication technology,people are able to make better preparation for rescue operations.As thus,the impact of disaster can be reduced to a large extent.This paper carries out the research and analysis on the application of satellite communication in emergency communication,hope it can be helpful to solve the emergency.
