摘要
目的针对糖尿病足感染的患者采取负压封闭引流(VSD)联合持续冲洗治疗并配合护理措施,对其应用效果展开分析。方法本研究纳入的患者共25例,均为我院在2017年1月至2018年12月接收的糖尿病足感染患者,经局部常规清创后,使用VSD持续负压吸引加持续冲洗措施和全面护理措施,观察治疗前后患者创面肉芽形态评分以及舒适度评分,记录所有患者护理满意度、创面愈合所需时长及不良事件发生情况。结果治疗后,患者创面肉芽形态评分以及舒适度评分均优于治疗前,护理满意度达92.00%,患者恢复顺利,很少出现不良事件。结论对于糖尿病足感染患者可以采取VSD持续负压吸引加持续冲洗治疗,并对其实施全面优质的护理干预,有利于改善患者感染症状,具有积极的应用效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with continuous irrigation and nursing measures on diabetic foot infection.Methods A total of 25 patients were included in this study,all of whom were patients with diabetic foot infections accepted by our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.They were subjected to VSD continuous negative pressure suction plus continuous flushing measures and comprehensive care measures,comparing before and after treatment The patient's wound granulation morphology score and comfort score were recorded to record all patients'satisfaction with care,the length of time required for wound healing and the occurrence of adverse events.Results After treatment,the granulation score and comfort score of the wound were better than those before treatment,and the nursing satisfaction was 92.00%.The patients recovered smoothly with few adverse events.Conclusion VSD continuous negative pressure suction plus continuous irrigation can be used for patients with diabetic foot infection,and comprehensive and high-quality nursing intervention can help to improve the symptoms of infection and has a positive application effect.
