摘要
目的研究对急性胆囊炎患者通过腹腔镜胆囊切除手术进行治疗的有效护理干预方法。方法选择2018年1月至2019年4月来我院进行腹腔镜手术切除治疗的急性胆囊炎患者64例,随机分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),两组患者分别配合优质护理和常规护理,对不同的护理效果进行评价和比较。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,但两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术对急性胆囊炎进行治疗后配合优质护理进行干预,可以在确保患者具有良好手术指标的同时,降低并发症对患者的影响,对促进患者的恢复具有重要意义。
Objective To study effective nursing interventions for patients with acute cholecystitis through laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 32 patients with acute cholecystitis who came to our hospital for laparoscopic surgical resection from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 32 patients with acute cholecystitis who came to our hospital for laparoscopic surgical resection during the same period were selected.As a control group,the two groups of patients cooperated with high-quality nursing and routine nursing to evaluate and compare different nursing effects.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,all P<0.05,There are statistical differences.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the treatment of acute cholecystitis with high-quality nursing intervention can ensure that the patient has good surgical indicators,while reducing the impact of complications on the patient,which is of great significance to promote the recovery of the patient.
