摘要
钻机移运包括直线行走、90°旋转、360°旋转及任意角度,针对钻机近距离移运或转场拆装繁琐的现状,提出360°钻机移运装置概念,通过对钻机现场移运轨迹的绘制,经过理论分析优化钻机移运轨迹的最优解,达到缩短钻机移运转场时间,提高钻机作业效率,实现速移运或转场的目的。对钻机移运直线行走、90°旋转、360°旋转及任意角度的移运转场有着一定的参考价值。
The drilling rig transportation includes straight-line travel,90 degree rotation,360°rotation and any angle.In view of the present situation that the drilling rig is transported in a short distance or disassembled at a transfer site,the concept of 360°drilling rig transportation device is proposed in this paper.Through drawing the drilling rig site transportation track and optimizing the optimal solution of the drilling rig transportation trajectory,the drilling rig transfer time can be shortened,the drilling rig operation efficiency can be improved,and the purposes of rapid transportation or transition can be realized.It has a certain reference value for the drilling rig moving in straight line,90°rotation,360°rotation and any angle.
