摘要
综述了采用溶剂萃取工艺生产环保橡胶填充油以及高效脱除多环芳烃方法的研究进展,分析了萃取剂、萃取方式、萃取原料及操作参数等因素对多环芳烃脱除率及产品性能的影响。采用复合溶剂(主溶剂+助溶剂)、多级逆流萃取,在剂油比、萃取温度、萃取时间等最优工艺条件下,能高效脱除原料中的多环芳烃组分,并保证较高的产品收率和芳碳率。指出溶剂萃取技术未来的研发方向为开发高溶解能力和高选择性的高效溶剂,改善传统的萃取工艺及萃取设备。
Producing eco-friendly rubber filling oil with solvent extraction process and the methods for removing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PCA)efficiently were reviewed with 31 references.The influencing factors including extract agents,extraction methods,extraction feed and operating parameters on the removal rate of PCA and product performances were analyzed.It was proposed that PCA could be removed efficiently,and relatively high product yield with high aromatic carbon rate could be obtained at the same time under the conditions of compound solvent′s(main solvent and co-solvent)multi-stages countercurrent extraction with optimized operating parameters,such as the ratio of solvent to oil,extraction temperature,and extraction time.Finally,we had provided an outlook that the future research and development direction of solvent extraction technology was to develop high-efficiency solvents with high solubility and high selectivity,and to improve the traditional extraction process and extraction equipment.
