摘要
目的:构建医院日间手术管理平台,实现日间患者集中管理。方法:梳理日间手术业务流程,明确各部门职责,整合HIS、LIS、PACS、EMR、手麻系统等医院业务系统,以达到从门诊的准入、病房的收治、术前麻醉评估、核对宣教、病房预约和手术预约排程到入院后随访计划等日间手术患者全流程管理。结果:平台上线以来,缩短住院日,实现病区床位真正意义上的公共平台式管理,落地了医院日间病房的精细化管理理念。结论:科学的日间手术信息管理平台的应用有助于优化医院日间手术管理水平,促进日间手术管理工作的顺利进行。
Objective:The management platform of ambulatory surgery in the hospital is constructed to realize the centralized management of patients during the day.Methods:The business process of ambulatory surgery is sorted out,the responsibilities of each department are defined,and the hospital business systems including HIS,LIS,PACS,EMR,surgical anesthesia information system,are integrated to achieve the whole process management of patients undergoing day surgery,from outpatient admission,ward admission,preoperative anesthesia evaluation,mission verification,ward appointment and surgical appointment scheduling,to post-admission follow-up plan.Results:Since the platform was launched nearly half a year ago,the length of stay has been shortened,and the public platform management in the real sense of the beds in the ward has been realized,and the fine management concept of the hospital's day ward has been implemented.Conclusion:The application of scientific information management platform for ambulatory surgery can help optimize the management level of ambulatory surgery in hospital and promote the smooth operation of ambulatory surgery management.
