摘要
转向液压系统是装载机最重要的系统之一,结合装载机的使用工况,客户在进行V型铲装作业时,希望转向系统有较少的转向圈数,以提高工作效率;当进行长距离运输作业时,希望转向系统有较多的转向圈数,以保证整机的行驶稳定性。双速转向系统能够有效地解决效率与微控性的矛盾。
The steering hydraulic system is one of the most important systems of wheel loaders.Considering the work condition of wheel loader,customers hope that the steering system can generate less turns when the machine is operating a V-shape cycle of shoveling and loading,so as to improve the machine s productivit;whereas they hope that the steering system can generate more turns during the long-distance operation to ensure the machine s stability under the transport condition.Therefore this paper introduces a two-speed steering hydraulic system for wheel loader,which can effectively balance the contradiction between the loader s productivity and micro control.
