改进和声搜索算法在梯级水库群优化调度中的应用 被引量:8

Improved harmony search algorithm and its application in optimal operation of cascade reservoir groups

摘要 为改善和声搜索算法在梯级水库群优化调度中的应用效果,提高模型的求解精度和效率,针对和声搜索算法(Harmony Search Algorithm,HSA)的初始和声记忆库分布不均及易陷入局部最优的缺陷,采用均匀设计的方法生成初始和声记忆库以增加其多样性和有效性,引入混沌序列来改善算法的全局搜索能力。对HSA进行改进后,将其应用于李仙江流域梯级水库群发电优化调度模型的求解。结果表明:改进和声搜索算法(Improved Harmony Search Algorithm,IHSA)所得系统总发电量比HSA提高了1.37%,比动态规划法(Dynamic Programming,DP)降低了0.22%;但计算时间仅为DP的8.22%。IHSA收敛速度较快,全局寻优能力更强,为梯级水库群发电优化调度模型求解提供了一条可行的途径。 Harmony Search Algorithm(HSA)has characteristics of uneven distribution of initial harmony memory and easily local optimality.In order to improve effect of harmony search algorithm(HSA)in optimal operation of cascade reservoir groups and enhance model accuracy and calculation efficiency,a uniform design method was used to generate initial memory.This method could increase the diversity and effectiveness of the initial memory.The Chaotic sequence was also introduced to improve the global search ability.This improved Harmony Search Algorithm(IHAS)was applied to solve the optimal operation model of cascade reservoirs in Lixian River basin.The results show that the total power generation based on IHAS was 1.37% higher than that of HSA,and only 0.22% lower than that of DP method,but the computational time of IHAS was only 8.22% of that of DP method.Additionally,IHSA had a faster convergence rate and a strong global search ability.All these advantages demonstrated that IHAS can provide a feasible way to solve the optimal operation model of power generation in cascade reservoirs systems.
