摘要
将牡丹籽油、绿茶提取物和苦瓜提取物按2.00∶0.75∶0.45的质量比混合组成复方,按体重以低、中、高3个剂量(分别为0.2、0.4、1.0g·kg^(-1))给予小鼠连续灌胃30d,通过对糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖、糖耐量以及对细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬等功能指标的测定,探究其降血糖和增强免疫活性。结果表明:与模型对照组相比,高、中剂量糖尿病组空腹血糖水平显著或极显著降低,各剂量组糖耐量无明显变化;与模型对照组相比,高、中剂量组显著提高脾淋巴细胞增殖能力;高、中、低剂量组对增加小鼠耳肿胀度作用极显著,且不影响小鼠溶血空斑数;高剂量组可显著提高小鼠抗体积数,高、中剂量组对提高小鼠的吞噬指数及小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力极显著。该研究表明牡丹籽油复方具有较强降低血糖和增强免疫活性。
The anti-diabetic and immune-enhancing activities of the peony seed oil compounds was investigated in vivo.The compounds was made up of peony seed oil,green tea and Momordica charantiaextracts at mass ratio of 2.00∶0.75∶0.45and administered through a stomach tube to rats of different groups at 0.2,0.4,1.0g·kg^(-1 )respectively for 30days.The fasting blood glucose and oral glucose test tolerance were determined in diabetic rats and cellular immunity,humoral immunity,mononuclear macrophage function were measured from normal rats.The results showed that compared with the model control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose in the 0.4and 1.0g·kg^(-1) diabetic groups were enhanced significantly and the levels of glucose test tolerance in all three diabetic groups had no obvious change.Compared with control group,the 0.4and 1.0g·kg^(-1) groups could enhance significantly the lymphocyte proliferation ability;the ear swelling of mice in all three dose groups increased markedly.All three dose groups had no effect on the number of spleen lymphocyte and NK cell activity,while the high dose group could improve antibody titre level and the middle and high dose could raise significantly phagocytic index and the capability of rat’s peritoneal macrophage englobing chicken red blood cell.Based on these facts,the peony seed oil compounds is of hypoglycemic and immune-enhancing activity.
