摘要
矿井通风监测系统可以实时掌握矿山通风系统现状、分析诊断井下系统故障、危险事故时的决策救援。以某铁矿的通风系统作为研究对象,通过计算铁矿通风系统的灵敏度矩阵、分支巷道的被影响度,根据灵敏度矩阵的特征选取了通风系统监测点,借助Ventsim模拟软件分析分支巷道风阻改变时其他巷道风量发生变化的巷道集合,验证监测点的合理性和必要性。根据分支巷道影响范围优化监测点数目,将根据灵敏度性质选址的监测点优化为8个。
The mine ventilation monitoring system can grasp the status quo of mine ventilation system in real time,analyze and diagnose underground system failures,and make decisions and rescue in dangerous accidents.Taking the ventilation system of an iron mine as the research object,and through calculating the sensitivity matrix of the iron mine ventilation system and the degree of influence of the branch roadway,the monitoring points of the ventilation system were selected according to the characteristics of the sensitivity matrix,and the Ventsim simulation software was used to analyze the collection of roadways where the air volume of other roadways changes when the wind resistance of the branch roadway changes,and the rationality and necessity of the monitoring points were verified.The number of monitoring points was optimized according to the influence range of the branch roadway,and the monitoring points selected according to the sensitivity properties were optimized to 8 and the optimized monitoring range was verified.
