摘要
管道状态监测与损伤识别是目前相关领域具备挑战性的研究热点。文中给出了一种基于振动模态试验的管道泄漏定位方法。首先基于振动模态分析方法对无损管道和泄漏管道进行数值模拟分析;然后对两种管道进行试验模态分析,提取管道的时域信号,并对时域信号进行FFT处理获得频域信号,求出管道各阶固有频率的平方差并将其与第一阶管道固有频率的平方差进行比较。数值模拟与实验仿真研究结果表明了方法的可行性。
Pipeline condition monitoring and damage identification area challenging research hotspots in related fields currentlyThis paper presents a method of pipeline leak location based on vibration modal testFirstly,based on the vibration modal analysis method,the nondestructive pipeline and leakage pipeline filled with liquid are numerically simulated,then the modal analysis is conducted on pipelines under two working status,and the time domain signal of the pipeline is extractedFinally,FFT processing on the time domain signal is performed in order to obtain the frequency domain signal and find the square difference of the local natural frequency of each order of the pipeline and compare it with the square difference of the local natural frequency of the first order pipelineThe results of numerical simulation and experimental simulation show the feasibility of the method.
