摘要
以四水合5,5'-联四唑-1,1'-二氧二钠和硝酸镍、硝酸铜和氯化钴为原料通过复分解反应制备了二水合5,5'-联四唑-1,1'-二氧镍配合物、二水合5,5'-联四唑-1,1'-二氧铜配合物和二水合5,5'-联四唑-1,1'-二氧钴配合物,采用元素分析、红外光谱和扫描电镜等手段进行表征。利用线性升温条件下的热重分析研究3种配合物对CL-20和TKX-50热分解性能的影响。结果表明:3种配合物对CL-20的热分解无明显作用,但将其熔融转晶峰分别延后。镍配合物和铜配合物对TKX-50的热分解作用明显,大大降低了TKX-50的热分解峰温,其中镍配合物对TKX-50的催化效果最为显著。
Nickel 5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diolate dehydrate[Ni(BTO)(H2O)2],copper 5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diolate dehydrate[Cu(BTO)(H2O)2]and cobalt 5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diolate dehydrate[Co(BTO)(H2O)2]were prepared by complexation reaction of sodium 5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diolate trihydrate and nickel nitrate,copper nitrate and cobalt chloride six hydrate,respectively.The crystal morphology of the complexes were studied by elementary analysis,FT-IR and SEM technology.The effect of three complexes of combustion catalyst on CL-20 and TKX-50 were studied by DSC experiments under linear temperature increase condition and isothermal.The results shown that three complexes had no affect on the thermal degradation of CL-20,but the melt transition peaks were postponed separately.Ni(BTO)(H2O)2 and Co(BTO)(H2O)2 had obviously affect on the thermal decomposition of TKX-50,and decreased the thermolysis peak.Ni(BTO)(H2O)2 had the most signicant catalytic effect on TKX-50.
