摘要
目前新能源建设和电网消纳送出矛盾日益凸显,大规模风电并网不仅需加强电网建设以提高消纳能力,还应从电源侧寻求解决方案,通过新技术应用推进新能源发电技术进步,建设电网友好型风电场。风电场配置储能系统可以有效提高风电场输出功率的可控性与稳定性,改善风电场对电网备用调节容量的需求,更加适应电力系统调度及电网安全稳定运行的需要。储能系统也可作为有效电源进行调度管理,以提高电网的调节能力。文章针对储能在风电场侧应用,围绕储能规模配置方法、储能获取收益方式、储能应用关键问题进行了研究。
Currently,the contradiction between new energy construction and grid consumption and transmission is becoming increasingly prominent.Large-scale wind power grid integration not only needs to strengthen grid construction to improve consumption capacity,but also needs to seek solutions from the power generation side,to promote the progress of new energy power generation technology and construct grid-friendly wind farms through the application of new technologies.Wind farms equipped with energy storage systems can effectively improve the controllability and stability of the output power of wind farms,reduce the requirement of wind farms on grid reserve regulation capacity,and be more adapt to the requirement of power system dispatch and safe and stable operation of the power grid.The energy storage system can also be used as an effective power source for dispatch management to improve the regulation capability of the power grid.Aiming at the application of energy storage on the wind farm,this paper focuses on the study of configuration methods of energy storage scale,revenue gaining of energy storage system,and key issues in energy storage application.
