Linc-RoR与胰腺癌的研究进展

摘要 胰腺癌是目前预后较差的癌症之一。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)在胰腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断中发挥了重要作用。基因间长链非编码RNA-重编码调控因子(Linc-RoR)作为lncRNA家族的重要成员,在胰腺癌中也发挥了重要作用。Linc-RoR在胰腺癌中高表达并促进胰腺癌细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、耐药性。Linc-RoR还参与胰腺癌干细胞的干性维持,并与胰腺癌的预后密切相关。Linc-RoR有望成为胰腺癌新型生物标志物和基因治疗靶点,为胰腺癌的临床治疗带来新的希望。 Pancreatic cancer is currently one of the cancers with a poor prognosis.Long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)plays an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.As an important member of the lncRNA family,intergenic long non-coding RNA-recoding regulatory factor(Linc-RoR)also plays an important role in pancreatic cancer.Linc-RoR is highly expressed in pancreatic cancer and promotes the proliferation,migration,invasion and drug resistance of pancreatic cancer cells.Linc-RoR is also involved in the stemness maintenance of pancreatic cancer stem cells,and is closely related to the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.Linc-RoR is expected to become a new biomarker and gene therapy target for pancreatic cancer,bringing new hope to the clinical treatment of pancreatic cancer.
