摘要
目的探讨自体脂肪移植在重塑面部轮廓,提升面部饱满度以及改善皮肤质地等方面的效果。方法自2016年1月至2019年12月,大连瑞和医疗美容门诊部和大连大学附属新华医院对149例患者采用自体脂肪移植的方法,首选抽取腹部或大腿内外侧脂肪,将脂肪静置沉淀、漂洗、离心提纯后移植于额部、颞部、颧部、泪沟、面颊、鼻唇沟、颏部等面部凹陷部位,共213个。术后随访3~24个月,观察并发症的发生情况,面部的饱满程度,鼻唇沟、泪沟等皱纹以及皮肤颜色和质地的改善情况。结果149例患者中,14例面部有轻度的淤青、肿胀,自然消退;所有患者无感染、硬结、以及栓塞等并发症发生。术后3个月患者总体满意度为90%。结论自体脂肪移植在矫正因容量缺失而导致的面部老化症状的同时可以重塑面部的轮廓,有效地改善鼻唇沟、泪沟、面部松垂等症状,并且对皮肤质地有一定的改善的作用,从而获得面部年轻化的效果。
Objective To explore the efficacy of autologous fat transplantation in facial contour reshaping,facial fullness enhancement and skin texture improvement.Methods A total of 149 patients from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected in Dalian Ruihe Medical Cosmetology Outpatient Department and Dalian University Affiliated Xinhua Hospital.The liposuction was performed from abdomen or thigh.After static precipitation,rinsing and centrifugal purification,the fat was transplanted to 213 sites such as frontal region,temporal region,zygomatic region,lacrimal groove,cheek,nasolabial groove and chin.Postoperative follow-up was conducted for 3 to24 months to observe the occurrence of complications,facial fullness,wrinkles in nasolabial groove and lacrimal groove as well as the improvement of skin color and texture.Results There were 149 patients in this study.Mild bruise and swelling occurred in 14 patients and naturally regressed.No complications such as infection,induration and embolism occurred.Three months after the operation,the overall satisfaction rate was 90%.Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation can not only correct facial aging symptoms caused by the loss of capacity,but also reconstruct the contour of face.The nasolabial groove,lacrimal groove and facial sagging can be effectively improved.Autologous fat transplantation has a certain effect on improving skin texture,so as to further achieve the purpose of rejuvenation.
