摘要
高校科研实验室是"双一流"建设的支撑平台,营造良好的实验室文化是实验室建设与管理的重要内容,实验室文化涵盖实验室制度、行为规范、运行机制以及在运行过程中形成的实验室集体价值观念与行为准则。从实验室管理理念、实验室规范培训及特色文化活动等方面探讨了高校科研实验室的文化建设方案,以期为实验室管理提供具体思路与方法。
Laboratories constitute important supporting platform for the current national"Double First-class"strategy.Developing laboratory culture and running the laboratory in an excellent culture legacy is essential for talent training and scientific research.Laboratory culture covers rules,regulations and running system of a laboratory,as well as laboratory behaviors and common value.In this paper,we outline a general plan to construct laboratory culture in terms of management philosophy,standard training,and specific culture activities.We hope to provide a practical approach for developing laboratory culture to serve laboratory management.
