摘要
根据机箱热载荷等边界条件,对密闭机箱中功能模块的热功耗热流密度进行分析和计算。根据理论计算机箱与空气自然对流的热流密度值来评估散热性能,并将计算结果与空气自然对流散热的热流密度阈值进行比较:在此基础上使用建模软件Creo 4.0完成机箱的CAD数字样机建模,使用Flotherm有限元仿真软件进行热仿真分析,完成机箱参数设定、网格划分,对机箱进行精确的热仿真计算,验证机箱热设计的可靠性,为其他同类电子产品设计提供参考。
According to the thermal load and other boundary conditions of the chassis,the thermal power consumption and heat flux of the functional modules in the closed chassis are analyzed and calculated.According to the theory to calculate heat flux value between the chassis and natural convection of air to evaluate thermal performance,and the calculated results are compared with the heat flux threshold value of natural convection heat dissipation of air:on this basis,the modeling software Creo 4.0 is used to complete the CAD digital prototype modeling of the chassis,use Flotherm finite element simulation software for thermal simulation analysis,complete the chassis parameter setting,grid division,carry out accurate thermal simulation calculation of the chassis,verify the reliability of the chassis thermal design,and provide reference for the design of other similar electronic products.
