摘要
目的:分析优质护理对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者负性情绪以及护理质量的影响。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治慢性萎缩性胃炎患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后负性情绪评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗的同时应用优质护理,具有显著效果,有利于帮助患者改善生活习惯,对调整患者心理状态具有积极意义。
Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on negative emotion and nursing quality of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,74 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given high quality nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The negative emotion score of observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The various scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing for chronic atrophic gastritis has remarkable effect,which is helpful to help patients improve their living habits and it has positive significance in adjusting their psychological state.
